SPONSOR TENT INFORMATION

FAMILY-FRIENDLY ADVERTISING POLICY

All sponsor displays, signage, promotional materials, merchandise, giveaways, activities, and messaging must be suitable for families and children.

The following are prohibited:

• Political advertising, campaign materials, or political advocacy

• Offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or inflammatory content

• Excessive profanity

• Sexual or explicit content

• Graphic or disturbing imagery

• Promotion of illegal activities

• Any material deemed inappropriate for a family-friendly community event

Linwood Landing reserves the right to require removal of any materials that do not align with these standards.

SPONSOR APPROVAL POLICY

Linwood Landing reserves the right to approve all sponsorship applications, sponsor activities, and promotional materials.

Sponsorship of an event does not imply endorsement by Linwood Landing of any sponsor's products, services, opinions, or viewpoints.

Linwood Landing may deny or revoke sponsorship participation if a sponsor's activities, materials, or conduct are determined to be inconsistent with the mission, values, or family-friendly nature of the venue.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Upon approval, sponsors will receive payment instructions and event participation details.

Payment must be received prior to the event date unless otherwise arranged.

AGREEMENT

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the sponsorship guidelines, Family-Friendly Advertising Policy, and Sponsor Approval Policy. I agree to comply with all Linwood Landing requirements and understand that sponsorship approval is at the sole discretion of Linwood Landing.
