All vendors must provide required permits, licenses, and applicable insurance documentation prior to participation. Food trucks also need to be permitted by the City of Vermilion.

We ask vendors to maintain clean, professional, and welcoming booth or truck setups that contribute to the overall guest experience.

Linwood Landing values friendly, community-oriented vendors who create a positive and inclusive environment for guests.

We encourage unique, handcrafted, locally sourced, specialty, and high-quality offerings whenever possible.

Vendor/Sponsor Payments

Approved vendors will receive access to scheduling information, participation details, payment instructions, and important event updates through our vendor management system.
